Delivery, cancellation, and refunds
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually, based on the plan you select. Digital access is available through your account after payment and required setup. No physical goods are shipped. QuickBooks and your chosen AI application are separate services with their own fees.
Cancel through the billing portal from your Billing page, or email support@ledgerhand.com if you need help. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time. We correct billing errors and provide appropriate refunds or credits for material service failures. Refunds required by law remain available.
